Who lost the big asbestos case in Libby?

Justice hasn't been done for the people of Libby, though there's a bit of hope that it will be in the pending civil trial. That's not the fault of the groups that didn't make Libby their rallying cry.

Joan, don't strain yourself patting yourself on the back with this re-hash. You claim the only "consistent" reporting on the Libby asbestos scandal has been done by New West -- your publication? Sorry, but the Seattle Post Intelligencer started covering this 10 years ago and kept on the story until its recent demise. Jeez, what self-promotion ...
