How evading oil spill liability is helped by a Seattle tragedy

The request for a liability cap of $27 million for the oil spill will have support from a case where a giant corporation got off paying $643 for the loss of 353 lives, including 149 from Seattle.

UW survey: CNN, NPR spread Tea Party's message
