Flimsy. Two data points, presidential vs. non-presidential years, completely different economic circumstances, completely different candidates, etc. etc. It's embarrassing -- and proof that if you've only got a bit of data, you can read whatever story you like into it.

Shorter Mossback: 1) Building affordable housing makes housing less affordable. 2) Creating new places for people to live within the city is elitist.
