afreeman has a good point. Lexington, Ma has a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet, while Mercer Island's is 8,400 square feet. In contrast, Seattle would allow ADU's on as small as 4,000 square feet. I have two main problems with the proposal, and both are related to the ...
