Bio:
Grant Jones is an architect who was a founding principal of Jones and Jones in Seattle, was a student of Theodore Roethke's poetry workshops and is a poet himself. He will be reading from his new collection of poems, What Rocks Know, on August 23, 7 pm, at Elliott Bay Books.

Gosh, but it's so simple. They are working for us. When times get tough, they have to just downsize their staff and stop buying new stuff. They shouldn't compete with us starving citizens. They are citizens too, and should act like citizens. Who do these service people think they're working ...
