Whoever runs against Nickels must make a TV commercial showing cars driving down 4th Avenue on the rutted ice covered roads and the press conference where he gives the city a B for snow removal. Also throw in Jan Drago comment that the roads are fine for an SUV. It ...

Put it in perspective: isn't one of inch of rain equivalent to 10 inches of snow? So rather than three inches of rain, Seattle got 30 inches of snow, the two weeks prior to Christmas were the perverbial cakewalk.
