Knute, I think you missed the question "What killed Pioneer Square." It was a vibrant place when the streetcar was running. The streetcar defined the tourism district in Seattle. Tourists don't ride buses or shuttles. The sculpture garden killed the streetcar and the loss of the streetcar killed Pioneer Square. ...
