talisker, Who is treating the pedestrian as a victim in EVERY accident that happens? The stats stated above don't say EVERY (pedestrian or driver) like you do. 3/4 or 75% and 2/3 or 66% aren't EVERY, but they are very high percentages. High enough to obviously ruffle your dry, commuting ...
