Pepper2000 Spare me the histrionics and victimization. The inner-city bus stations *generally* have problems with panhandlers and hangers on. There's no reason to believe that if they relocate the station to the social services hub of the northwest, the place where we as a society warehouse people until they die ...

And the terminal doesn't have to be "someplace inaccessible". The Seattle Lighting Location, or someplace similar is fine.
