Benjamin, you're comparing today's prices to two years ago. Of course you pay for a view (and it is spectacular) - and living here takes 1 or 2 minutes to get to I-5, either way as well as access to 4 bus lines. I'm thinking a 3 bedroom, 1700 sq ...
