Race-based affirmative action is racism. Period. It is also not helpful to teaching our children honesty, morality, and honesty when we tell them "do not be a racist" and then we perform racist behaviors. They are not stupid. We are training them to be hypocrits when we do this.

I work in SODO and commute to/from Ballard, and I can tell you right now the traffic down here is terrible during commute time. I cannot imagine what it would be like with another major project and the additional traffic it would bring.

If Monsanto has established precedent that they hold farmers responsible for having GMO on their land, then it seems like the farmers should be able to equally hold Monsanto responsible for their land being invaded by GMO when it is not wanted.
