Cream cheese doesn't scream Seattle to me, either--but I do have to admit a hot dog sprinkled with espresso beans or lutefisk probably wouldn't sell so well.

Knute, I think you mean re-discovered that landmark status isn't always the last word. The Music Hall, torn down in 1991, had been designated a landmark in 1977.

The Horror: Poor deprived Magnolia Park! It clearly needs an indy coffeehouse, or at least a Caffe Vita or Vivace.
