Slum landlord contest: Who is a bigger slum landlord--The Seattle School District or the Port of Seattle?? Factors to be considered are undrinkable water, run down buildings and playfields, environmental cleanup sites, crumbling infrastructure, and deferred maintenance. Please comment.
