It would be nice if the writer would mentally acknowlege that there are TWO Vancouvers in the region, and identify which one he is referring to in the first paragraph. I should not have to scan down to a photo of the SkyTrain to figure it out. It used to ...

Andy - Vancouver BC is a lot FLATTER than Seattle, too. Call me when you are over 65, have arthritis in both knees and hips and we'll talk. You will get old, you know.

Thank you for speaking up for those of us "over a certain age" who can only be wage-earning members of society if we have access to a car. Arthritis has greatly reduced my ability to get around on foot, much less bicycle, but a car gets me the 7 miles ...
