Another related idea is to recognize historic street names. Many of Seattle's street names have changed over the years. Signage with this information might confuse people; however, it would be handy to have a list of street names and their historic names, possibly on Seattle's webiste or the HistoryLink website. ...

Great article! When he first visited Seattle, my young nephew noticed the Space Needle immediately and called it the "sky pointer."
