Here's a Danny Westneat article from Oct. 8. "Obama!" she exclaimed, when I came into her Issaquah Highlands beauty salon to ask about her political favorites. A brand-new voter, excited about the top of the ticket. You'd think that would be great news for Democrats. So how about for governor? ...

Now, the Spokesman Review endorsement probably won't change many votes in Spokane, just as the Seattle Times endorsement probably ...

RE: rossi biaw: Mr. Alias, The tribal gaming issue, unfortunately for Mr. Rossi, wasn't all over the news this morning, whereas the BIAW connection, was. The "cheap shot" thing was more a dig at Connelly's dig at death with dignity supporters.

It just doesn't get much better than this: "Wooten, still a trooper, was disciplined before Palin was elected governor for things like drinking on the job and tasering his own pre-teen son. (He said it was to teach the boy what tasers could do.)"
