Author missed a great opportunity to tell the story of the "Saving of the Henry Moore" from would be corporate thieves back in the day. It starred a hawk-eyed former mayor and a swift, and determined, department head named Holly Miller. Check it out. Charley

I remember a newly elected Mayor of Seattle in the early 1980's who was skeptical about a tunnel through the heart of downtown. He opposed it because it was a cut and cover tunnel that would have turned the retail core into a bomb crater, kill small retailers, take years ...
