Excellent piece not only on the importance of saving buildings such as this, but on the advantages of the Federal Tax Credit program, which are not widely known. Knute, it's a curious thing - the lack of Section 106 and the "non-significance." I don't know how you can propose demolishing a portion of a NR-eligible building, account in the plan for archaeology, and not account for the historic structure, as the MOA with NOAA et al did. At ...
