A totally ill-informed article. The State of Washington has tried to lure other airplane manufacturers, all chosen to locate elsewhere. The State has lending of credit restrictions that prevent them from getting involved luring manufacturing. The South has a history of airplane manufacturing. The author apparently has not been to University Village. University Village is not like Eugene disastrous experiment. Everywhere you go except one small interior courtyard there are cars.
