Pedestrian hostile: Ban sidewalk cafes? That suggestion belies the real problem with this approach: parked cars are an important buffer between dangerous (and uncomfortable) street traffic and pedestrians. St. Attle: I love it. I'm packing up in St. Louis (where I attended SLU) to move to Capitol Hill (just like my friends on East Capitol SE and am already doing double-takes. Hopefully I can keep them concealed enough to avoid the freeze.
