Hacknflack, BCF have made plenty of very costly mistakes over the years. The 3 Pacificats (high spd catamarans) were a financial disaster for the taxpayers, built in 1999 at cost I believe over C$450 Mil and have sat idle for years, as were not designed well for local waters. The ...
