Attempting suicide is the worst thing I can't do in my entire life. Maybe the one doing this is on the influence of drugs such as scopolamine which inhibits drug tolerance and crime like suicide.

Right. Our economy is still looking for a sustainable development. There are times the government overspend budgets and other funds that simply would be the creation of projects for the community building.
