Great Transportation Plan: I think Rossi's transportation plan is fantastic! I believe the reason it's gotten so much flack from Democrats is because it emphasizes the freedom of individuals to drive, instead of discouraging them from driving as the Democrats so often do with their bills to impose engine capacity ...
