Editors: Just a friendly correction to offer. The date in the final sentence teasing the legislative election piece for next week should be changed from 2010 to 2012. Keep up the good work on your political coverage.

Very interesting numbers in here (click through to study table from article) for political junkies. Not using voting eligible numbers (%) vs. registered voters (%) in election turnout reporting has long been a pet peeve of mine. It is disheartening to see that only roughly 40% of eligible voters nationwide ...
