This region is ruled by lunatics who have falsely valued the life of a fish over that of a human. The really, really scary part is that we normals have allowed control to slip away. It's time to stop this lunacy by wresting control out of their Gore-Tex sheathed hands. ...

Moisture Content Inspections: Wouldn't a simple moisture content inspection of the bare framing by a city/county building inspector prevent a lot of these all-too-common moldy house situations? Sure, it may slow down the project but better to get it right than to abandon the house or an expensive repair.
