Hopefully Main Street will provide some training regarding how to effectively make change in City laws and/or ordinances. I seriously doubt Ellensberg, Pt. Townsend, etc. have the same issues as PS. I hope the business owners and/or retailers get off their arses, organize, and talk to their elected officials about ...
