Thought: What's really at issue with this piece is that it isn't funny. If this is a serious commentary on Seattle's bikers, then of course it alienates a large demographic of potential Crosscut readers, the offended bikers. If satire, it alienates another demographic: those who appreciate quality writing. Try harder ...
