Send us your campaign-related photos

We've just launched a gallery of reader and staff pictures, with one image always featured on the Crosscut home page. And as fate would have it, there's big news breaking today, tomorrow, and Saturday, what with Barack, Michelle, Hillary, Janet, and who knows who else visiting the state, plus hundreds of thousands attending caucuses.

So send us your best shots from those events or other election-related scenes you encounter.

Normallly, we will choose images for the gallery from those submitted to our group on the Fickr photo Web site. But if news breaks and you aren't yet set up on Flickr, e-mail them to editor@crosscut.com for consideration. Please include a full name and detailed description of the image.

If we choose to repost your photo on Crosscut, we'll put your name in lights and link to your Flickr page.

Meantime, have a look at our (your) gallery on Crosscut, our group on Flickr, and start snapping those pics of news, places, and events in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, British Columbia). They can be photojournalism, portraits, or scenics.
