Restoring power in Okanogan County could take weeks

"Leaders of the Okanogan County Public Utility District said power in the area could take several weeks to be restored due to the damage from the Carlton Complex Fire. Officials said the cities of Pateros, Carlton, Twisp and Winthrop are all without power."
