It seems that there is a negative correlation between the economy and gas prices, when one falls the other goes up. Either way it gives the party out of favor a failure to point to.

I don't disagree about the monorail, the gondola cost is about 5 to 10 percent the cost of a monorail with almost no land acquisition required...
