Hardly anyone voted, but there was plenty at stake in the Tuesday, Aug. 21, primary election in Washington. Here are links to official results and stories.

Statewide roundup: By The Associated Press.

Seattle City Council: In November, it will likely be Venus Velazquez vs. Bruce Harrell, Jean Godden vs. Joe Szwaja, and Sally Clark vs. Judy Fenton.

Seattle School Board: Challenger Sherry Carr was leading incumbent Darlene Flynn and others in a key race. Those two will face each other in November.

Port of Seattle: In November, Bob Edwards will be challenged by Gael Tarleton and incumbent Alec Fisken will face Bill Bryant.

King County prosecutor: Democrat Bill Sherman will face Republican Dan Satterberg in November.

King County parks levies: Passing.

Spokane mayor: Incumbent Dennis Hession and City Council member Mary Verner will vy in November.

Snohomish County sheriff: Sheriff's Chief Tom Greene and state Rep. John Lovick are the likely pairing in November.

Tacoma, Port of Tacoma: The fields narrow for November.

Port of Vancouver, Wash., tax levy: Failed.

Federal Way annexation: Failing.
