Gemma Wilson

Gemma Wilson is a Seattle-based writer, editor and theater critic, and former senior editor of City Arts magazine. Before returning to her hometown in 2012 she spent many years in New York, where she worked for Broadway director and producer Hal Prince and later as a reporter for Broadway.com. Gemma studied theater at NYU and journalism at Syracuse University, and was a 2016 fellow at the National Critics Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center. Her writing has appeared in the Charleston Post & Courier, the Syracuse Post-Standard, and Playbill. She now lives in South Seattle, awkwardly close to her high school.
