To enter, complete the Crosscut response form at the link in the Crosscut Supporter email you received, provide a referral with a valid e-mail address for a potential subscriber to Crosscut.com on the response form and submit the form by Tuesday, June 5, 2018, 11:59 p.m. Pacific daylight time (PDT). While multiple submissions of the form with additional referrals for potential Crosscut subscribers will be accepted, only the first submission received will be treated as the entry to the giveaway. Winning entries will be selected in a random drawing on Friday, June 8, 2018 from among all entries as of 12:00 a.m., June 6, 2018. The winners will be notified by email or by phone. One (1) pair of general admission lawn tickets to the Dave Matthews Concert at the Gorge Amphitheatre, with an approximate retail value of $49.50 per ticket, will be awarded.
ELIGIBILITY
Drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (including the District of Columbia), 18 years of age or older. Employees and agents of Cascade Public Media, their immediate families and Canadian residents are not eligible. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase, contribution or response with referral is necessary. Alternatively to entry by completing the response form and referring a friend as a potential subscriber to Crosscut’s newsletter(s), you may enter this drawing by email at contest@KCTS9.org or by mail via a postcard addressed to KCTS 9 Drawing: Dave Matthews Concert Ticket Giveaway, 401 Mercer Street Seattle, WA 98109 with your name, street address, e-mail address, and day and evening phone number. Postcards must be received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific daylight time Tuesday, June 5, 2018. No other method of entry will be accepted. Entry period begins Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 12 a.m. PDT and ends Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Incomplete entries are void.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on Friday, June 8, 2018 from all eligible entries received by the deadline above. The winners will be notified by email or phone number provided on means of entry. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. If potential winner cannot be reached after one (1) day (24 hours) from first notification attempt or if an entrant is found to be ineligible such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing as described above.

Cascade Public Media reserves the right to change dates and substitute a prize of equal value. Prize will be mailed to the winner or made available to winner for pick up with presentation of valid identification, upon winner’s response to Cascade Public Media e-mail or phone notification. Cascade Public Media reserves the right to cancel this drawing and not award the prizes in the event that in its judgment unforeseen developments warrant cancellation.
