Florangela Davila is Crosscut's former managing editor. She also oversaw arts and culture coverage and hosted the daily "Crosscut Now" news highlights show on KCTS 9. She's a longtime Seattle journalist: a former news and features reporter at The Seattle Times where she worked for 14 years writing about race, immigration and culture and earned local, regional and national awards; and an arts contributor at the NPR-affiliate KNKX-FM.
