Andy Yamashita is a freelance reporter based in Seattle. A senior at the University of Washington where he majors in journalism and ethnic studies with a concentration in Asian American Studies, he has also previously written for the Denver Post, the International Examiner, Capitol Hill Seattle Blog, The Daily and others.
